About the People
We are Bryan and Gwen. We got married in 1969 in Big Spring,Texas, and we have 2 adult children and 5 adult grandchildren who grew up at Willow Point. Some of you know them!
About the Property
Purchasing the property in 2003, Willow Point sits on a 3-acre penninsula on the SW corner of lake Buchanan.
Each log cabin faces the lake at an optimal angle so guests have maximum views of the lake and maximum privacy, making sure that each cabin has a sense of separateness.

With that in mind, we ended up with eleven cabins in a rough semi-circle around the peninsula shoreline and a lake house next door.

Our resort features cozy log cabins and a large lake house, all designed to provide a comfortable and scenic stay. Wake up to stunning sunrise views over the water, unwind on your private deck, or gather around a bonfire under the stars.

The Lake House
In 2008, we purchased and renovated what is now The Lake House which has five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, about 3300 sq. ft., and can sleep up to 29 guests.
The view from the deck sweeps toward the lake across an acre of lawn that includes a campfire ring, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole, ladder golf, washers, and a private sandy beach.
Weddings
Many couples looking for a wedding venue have been inspired by our natural setting. Therefore, we have become a casual wedding venue and added wedding amenities to our list of accommodations.
Today, we are pleased to host destination weddings without the hassle, confusion, and high cost of other wedding venues.
Our many beautiful brides and happy grooms agree that their special day was indeed that special. So, if you’re looking for a casual yet naturally beautiful wedding venue, please give us a call and we will be happy to tell you all about it.
Boat Rentals
We’ve added boat rentals exclusively for Willow Point vacationers, including jet skis, pontoon boats, canoes, stand-up paddle boards, and kayaks.
We make all of these available and deliver them right to the shoreline at your cabin so be sure to visit our boat rentals page to learn about our rentals, and reserve your favorite water toys during your visit.

Our Little Slice of Lake Heaven
