OUR POLICIES
Willow Point is proud to be a family-oriented resort. Our policies are designed to provide a safe and relaxed setting for you while you are here. We thank you in advance for respecting these policies, our property, and our other guests. – Bryan and Gwen Owners
No Pets Allowed
Service Dogs are permitted with prior certification provided before arrival at the resort.
Smoking is Not Permitted
Smoking is not allowed inside any buildings. Outside smoking is permitted. Please dispose of butts properly.
Registered Guests Only
We allow registered cabin guests ONLY. No visitors. No single-day use is available at this time.
No Lifeguard on Duty
There is no lifeguard at the beach, so please swim and fish at your own risk.
ATVs are Not Permitted
We do not allow golf carts, ATVs, off-roaders, or dune buggies at our resort.
Campfires
Campfires are permitted in the designated campfire rings ONLY.
Firearms are Not Permitted
We do not allow firearms: this includes air-soft, BB, and paintball guns.
No Water Balloons
Water balloons are not permitted at our resort.
No Glass
We do not allow glass containers on the beach.
Quiet Hours
Quiet time is from 10 PM to 9 AM.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is between 4-6 PM. Our Office opens at 4 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM.
"No Shows"
“No shows” and Cancellations with less than a 30 or 90-day notice before arrival will be charged the FULL reservation rental cost.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a 30-day notice before arrival to get a 50% refund of your deposit OR reschedule for another date in the same calendar year. The Lake House policy is 90 days' notice.
12 Guests Maximum
Groups are limited to 12 persons MAX and must rent cabins next to each other to limit overcrowding. Contact us for alternative lodging options if your group exceeds 12 guests.
A Message From Bryan & Gwen
We do not charge a cleaning fee for the cabins. When you check out, we ask that you take your trash outside and leave the dishwasher running. You do not have to strip the beds; but please pick up the trash and leave the dishes clean. We are a family-oriented resort in a quiet community and do not rent to rowdy groups who intend to drink and party. We look forward to meeting you and having you here as our guests.
