We are planning a LOT of family activities at Willow Point this year during Spring Break. It’s an ambitious task, but we want to give back to our guests and keep up with our tradition of being “that great family resort”. So, hang on to your hat, here’s what we’ve got going this year!
ROCK PAINTING
Yes, we are going to offer rock painting -a great family activity-on MONDAYS from 1-6pm only. We will provide the rocks and the paint. You and your children and their imagination are invited. This activity provides an outlet for their creativity and a treasure to take home.
STAR PARTY – a wondrous family activity
We have connected with a Texas astronomer who offers “Star Parties”. According to Eddie, we have a “World Class Night Sky” here at Willow Point. We will hold these Star Parties on SATURDAY NIGHT from 7-9pm. Everyone will get an opportunity to view through the telescope to see new wonders in the night sky. We’re excited to see to see what Astronomer Eddie has to show us. Sights like the the moon landing spot in the Sea of Tranquility, Orion Nebula where stars are born, and more. This will be a wonderful family activity for all ages
CHOCOLATE AND S’MORES PARTY
KITE FLYING – an active family activity!
Another Fun Family Activity! Thursdays are KITE DAYS. Everyone will get a FREE kite to fly out on the beach. We will give out the kites starting at 9 am and you can fly your kite all day and night.
