DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made and the remaining balance is due upon check-in at the resort. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
All seasonal rates are listed above. Please note that your deposit is half of the total cost of the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations with 90 days or more notice can either rebook within the same calendar year with no loss of deposit, OR you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 90 days of arrival will NOT have the option to rebook and will be charged the FULL reservation cost. NO SHOWS will be charged the FULL reservation cost.
