CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations WITH 30 DAYS OR MORE NOTICE can either re-book within the same calendar year, with no loss of deposit, OR will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, will NOT have the option to re-book and will be charged the FULL reservation cost. **NO SHOWS will be charged the FULL reservation cost.**
